Job Responsibilities:

Qualifications Able to demonstrate understanding of how job performance affects product quality and customer satisfaction

Able to work well with others; build and maintain positive employee relations

Able to prepare, read and interpret written reports, instructions, procedures and guidelines

Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees, suppliers

Able to maintain confidentiality, and use discretion and tact

Able to manage and schedule multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Able to work flexible hours and overtime to be available to three (3) shifts

Able to use computer and software as required

Able to work to blueprints and sketches

Must have good color vision to perform electronic and electrical maintenance and repairs

Able to lift 75 pounds

Able to work at heights of 40 to 60 feet and in confined spaces

Education and Experience High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience

Associate degree/Journeyperson status in Maintenance Electrician or Robotic Technician OR 5 years of Industrial Robot or Automation experience

Technical training in the following areas

Robotics diagnostics and repair, motion and control

Robot and PLC programming and trouble shooting

Industrial electronics

Hydraulic/pneumatic system maintenance and repair

Basic tool operation

Work Environment The work environment is primarily manufacturing plant and is characterized by temperature extremes, loud noise and considerable tow motor traffic.

Personal tools required

Overtime as required. Normal work week will include weekends.
