Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance tasks across mid-rise properties, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and functionality of buildings and common areas. You will handle work orders, preventative maintenance, and make-ready tasks for new move-ins.
The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license for property operations. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday with on-call rotations and a comprehensive benefits package.
