Remuneration:
Custodial/Maintenance Collective Bargaining Agreement
Schedule:
Monday‑Friday, 5:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. (4.5 hours/day, 22.5 hours/week, 12‑month position)
- Landscaping and general maintenance experience
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED
- Working knowledge of building maintenance and related systems
- Awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions
- Ability to maintain knowledge of changes in systems and equipment
- Ability to follow written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Reading ability
- Ability to describe repair or maintenance problems orally or in writing
- Ability to work cooperatively with district personnel and private contractors
