Stone Ridge Senior Living Community is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical plant under the Facilities Director. Responsibilities include routine servicing, upgrades, minor plumbing and electrical tasks, and coordinating with the supervisor for priorities.
This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to operate tablets and work order systems. Experience in healthcare or retirement communities is preferred; OSHA 10 is a plus.
