Job Title: Maintenance Department Clerk (hourly, full‑time)

Employer: Vanguard Resources, Inc. (VRI)

Location: Nacogdoches Medical Center, 4920 NE Stallings Drive, Nacogdoches, TX 75965 (South campus)

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm; occasional outside business hours as needed.

Department: Maintenance

Pay rate: $17 – $19 per hour, based on experience and skill level.

The Maintenance Department Clerk supports day‑to‑day maintenance operations, ensuring safety and efficient facility support. The role focuses on serving colleagues and clients with a diligent, detail‑oriented approach.

• Follow written and/or verbal instructions with minimal supervision

• Effective communication skills: read & write in English
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Pass drug screen and criminal background check
• Minimum age 18 years
• High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework a plus
• Physical ability to sit for long periods, use office equipment, lift up to 25‑40 lbs regularly, and wear PPE as required
• Flu vaccination required (exemptions allowed under state/federal law)
• Demonstrated courteous, approachable, and professional demeanor
• Willingness to be a true ambassador for Vanguard Resources
