Sales Operations Manager

Role Description  The General Manager role is a full-time on-site position based in Nagpur. The General Manager will oversee daily operations across multiple showrooms, including sales performance, customer experience, inventory management, and store presentation. This role involves leading and mentoring showroom teams, managing staffing and schedules, and ensuring adherence to company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements. The General Manager will collaborate with senior leadership on business planning, promotional activities, and revenue growth strategies, while monitoring key performance indicators and implementing process improvements.

The role also includes handling escalated customer concerns, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and ensuring that the brand’s values of trust, transparency, and service excellence are upheld at all times.
Qualifications
Experience in retail or jewellery store management, including supervision of multi-location operations and frontline sales teams.
Strong skills in customer service, relationship management, and handling high-value or emotionally significant purchases.
Competence in retail Operations.
Ability to lead, coach, and motivate diverse teams, with skills in performance management and conflict resolution.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems, basic office software, and data analysis for operational decision-making.
Knowledge of gold and diamond jewellery, BIS hallmark standards, and local market practices in pricing and exchange policy is highly beneficial.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers, staff, and vendors.
Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, retail management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience in a senior retail role will be considered.
Proven ability to work on-site full time, manage peak-season workloads, and maintain high standards of professionalism and integrity.
