• Leads a team of maintenance mechanics and coordinates with robotics and controls systems technicians to ensure a safe working environment in a fast-paced setting.
• Models safety standards and maintains an environment always focused on safety.
• Leads, trains, and supports maintenance team members to develop skills and expand team capabilities.
• Develops solutions to difficult problems and manages outside contractors; on-call for emergencies.
• Supports multi-site production and maintains a client-centric approach to safety and service.
• Demonstrates energetic, self-motivated and customer-centric behaviors consistently.
• Manages multiple projects and daily activities, meets deadlines, and plans to achieve departmental and distribution goals.
• Provides complete oversight of preventive maintenance for the facility and serves as the client contact during shifts.
• Maintains flexibility to work various shifts and alternative schedules as needed.
• Moves throughout the facility to attend to equipment and team members as needed.

• Partner with onsite Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) to ensure safety standards are met.
• Meet operational KPIs, including labor tracking.
• Own scheduling and tracking completion of tickets.
• Oversee building cleanliness and accurate inventory tracking.
• Perform daily and weekly audits for cleanliness and work orders.
• Implement preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance programs.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and alternative schedules as needed.
• Experience performing maintenance on industrial machinery, electrical systems, and electronic controls.
• Must be authorized to work within the hiring country without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

• Experience managing budgets and vendors.
• Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Experience in project management.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and walk extensively throughout the facility during shift.
• Repetitive bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, twisting, sitting, standing, and walking.
• Ability to lift parts and tools weighing up to 49 pounds.
• Dexterity with eye/hand coordination, manual tasks, and wrist motions.
• Working conditions may include elevated heights, small spaces, dust, fumes, hot/cold temperatures, noise, vibration, and uneven surfaces.
