Building Maintenance Technician

Are you an experienced maintenance technician with a passion for fixing things? If so, we want to hear from you! We’re looking for a reliable maintenance professional who can keep our facilities operating efficiently. You’ll run routine inspections and maintenance and create preventative measures to keep our equipment running smoothly as long as possible and minimize any risk. Job seekers should be hardworking problem solvers ready to go from day one.

$16 - $16.50 hourly

• Take maintenance requests from the front desk, housekeepers, and guests as needed
• Perform repairs to walls, floors, and windows when necessary
• Perform routine maintenance on and/or replacement of plumbing fixtures, PTACs, outlets, and switches
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on various equipment
• Keep records of service or repairs
• Maintain the lawn and landscaping
• Empty the interior/exterior trash cans and remove debris from the property

• Must have graduated from high school/received GED or equivalent
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
• Must be proficient in basic maintenance tasks, including drywall patch/repair
• Limited plumbing, including replacing faucets, drain levers, and troubleshooting blocked drains
• General handyman skills
• Limited electrical work, including replacing outlets, light switches, and smoke detectors
• Basic lawn and landscape experience is helpful
