We are seeking an experienced maintenance technician with a passion for fixing things. You will keep our facilities operating efficiently by running routine inspections, performing maintenance, and creating preventative measures to keep equipment running smoothly and minimize risk. We are looking for a hardworking problem solver who can contribute from day one.

$16 - $16.50 hourly

• Take maintenance requests from the front desk, housekeepers, and guests as needed
• Repair walls, floors, and windows when necessary
• Perform routine maintenance on and/or replacement of plumbing fixtures, PTACs, outlets, and switches
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on various equipment
• Keep records of service or repairs
• Maintain the lawn and landscaping
• Empty interior and exterior trash cans and remove debris from the property

• Must have graduated from high school or obtained GED or equivalent
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
• Proficient in basic maintenance tasks, including drywall patch/repair
• Limited plumbing experience (e.g., replacing faucets, drain levers, and troubleshooting blocked drains)
• General handyman skills
• Limited electrical work (e.g., replacing outlets, light switches, and smoke detectors)
• Basic lawn and landscape experience is helpful
