CEO

Position Overview:

The Facilities & Property Manager is responsible for the physical condition, operational reliability, and day-to-day management of a commercial real estate portfolio spanning industrial, light industrial, and retail assets. This role owns building systems, preventative maintenance, capital repair projects, vendor/contractor oversight, and life-safety compliance — with property management functions (tenant relations, lease administration support, basic financial reporting) layered on top of a strong facilities foundation.

This is a hands‑on, in-the-field role suited for someone who knows how buildings work — HVAC, roofing, electrical, plumbing, life safety, site conditions — and can also manage tenant relationships and light commercial property operations as the portfolio scales.
