Responsibilities include maintaining work areas and kitchen cleanliness, directing staff in the absence of the Food Service Manager, and ensuring dietary needs are met. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills, high school graduation or equivalent, and relevant certifications such as WHMIS and Food Safe Level
