• Terms of employment:
  Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $20.00~$23.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours:
  
  30~40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 2

• 4% vacation pay

• Prepare and cook cold and hot foods by utilizing standardized recipes
• Ensure and maintain that the food prep area and kitchen are clean and sanitized
• Ensure the production of high-quality merchandise
• Maintain accurate food inventories and records of food, supplies, and equipment
• Order kitchen supplies and ingredients when required
• May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
• May hire and train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and food handling

• Experience:
  
  2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
• Education:
  
  Completion of Secondary School is required
