Hiro Japan Sushi Xpress is seeking a Full-time Restaurant Manager.

• Full‑time, Permanent

• $34.00~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)

• 1

• 6-680 Trans Canada Highway, Nanaimo, BC V9S 5R1

• Determine the services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Plan, coordinate, manage, and evaluate the activities and operations of the restaurant
• Recruit, supervise staff members, and oversee staff training
• Manage and set staff work schedules
• Control inventory and organize when it needs
• Modify menu prices according to the restaurant’s budget
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Address customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for supplies

• Experience:
  
  2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience
• Education:
  
  Completion of secondary school
