TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 260 Days

JOB SUMMARY:

Performs a wide variety of tasks including but not limited to cleaning floors/classrooms/restrooms, collecting trash, material handling, and light maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Requires high school diploma or its equivalent.
2. Familiarity with facilities maintenance concepts, practices, and procedures, previous experience (5 years) in a custodial position is desired.
3. Must have basic computer skills and knowledge of HVAC control systems.
4. Must have a valid Mass Driver License.
5. Must be able to lift/transport heavy loads and work nights and weekends.

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $32 to $32 Per Hour

• RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Perform day to day cleaning and housekeeping.
  2. Responsible for assisting with opening/closing and security checks.
  3. Perform light maintenance tasks such as light bulb replacement, unit ventilator changes, painting, spill responses, copier supplies, etc. 4. General interior maintenance (Painting and minor repair work). 5. Performs tasks as directed by the building supervisor or facilities director. EVALUATION:
