** Maintenance Supervisor
** to lead our facility’s maintenance operations. In this essential role, you’ll help ensure a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment for our residents, staff, and visitors—while maintaining full compliance with CDPH, OSHA, and Title 22 standards.### ###

* What We’re Looking For:
*** Proven experience in facility maintenance—
** healthcare or SNF experience preferred
*** Strong knowledge of
** plumbing, electrical, HVAC**, and general repairs
* Familiarity with
** regulatory compliance
** including CDPH, OSHA, and Title 22
* Ability to
** prioritize and manage multiple tasks
** in a fast-paced setting
* A
** safety-conscious, detail-oriented
** approach to preventative and reactive maintenance

* Key Responsibilities:
*** Supervise daily maintenance operations and staff
* Conduct inspections and perform routine maintenance and urgent repairs
* Maintain accurate records of equipment servicing, work orders, and safety checks
* Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
* Oversee
** fire safety, emergency preparedness, and disaster response protocols
*** Collaborate with Infection Prevention and Environmental Services to maintain sanitation standards
* Ensure compliance with
** state and federal regulations
** at all times
