Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and facilities management industry, is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting operational excellence and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Maintain and repair building systems, including lighting, HVAC/R, and food equipment

+ Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs on motors, pumps, and control systems

+ Assist with plumbing repairs and general interior maintenance tasks

+ Support conveyor and sortation systems, including troubleshooting scanners, printers, scales, and network equipment

+ Document work performance, update work orders, and utilize CMMS systems for maintenance tracking

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or GED equivalent

+ Ability to identify, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment

+

Experience with control network components and motor controls

+ Strong reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving skills

+ Valid state driver's license and ability to lift up to 80 lbs., climb ladders, and work in adverse conditions
