Discovery Senior Living - - Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties in and around the community grounds as assigned.;
Complete all service requests for repair and maintenance of grounds, buildings, apartment homes, equipment and vehicles in a timely and cost-efficient manner.;
May fix wall and/or floor coverings, repair furniture and fixtures, basic plumbing, minor electrical repairs, repairing appliances, painting and refurbishing projects.;
Work with heating and air systems, refrigeration systems, carpet and hard surface maintenance and make ready rooms as assigned.;
Respond to emergency calls and on-call requests as needed.
