We are seeking a Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role involves cleaning and maintaining the integrity of customer pools, including tile, pool floors, pump baskets, filters, and more. Each technician is assigned a specific service route and logs each stop via our mobile app.

• Vacuum pool floors, steps, walls, tiles, and pump baskets.
• Test pool water and balance chemistry based on test results.
• Clean and replace filters.
• Troubleshoot minor issues to keep the pool system operating.
• Document pool issues and repair needs, and communicate status to management and customers.

• Strong customer‑service skills.
• Experience working with pools is desired.
• Ability to work outside, in sun and rain.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Clean driving record.

Monday to Friday.

Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour. Part‑time with the option to transition to full‑time as the business grows. Supplemental pay: tips.

In‑person service in the Naples area.
