Maintenance/Facilities Technician

We are seeking a hands‑on, dependable Maintenance/Janitorial Technician to support the daily upkeep and improvement of the property. This role involves a high volume of painting, repairs, and power washing, along with general janitorial and maintenance duties. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who takes pride in their work and does not need constant supervision.

• Transport trash and recycling dumpsters to designated collection areas on scheduled pickup days and return them after service.
• Keep trash and recycling areas clean, organized, and free of debris.
• Pick up litter and debris throughout property grounds and parking areas.
• Perform frequent painting, repairs, power washing, and other basic maintenance tasks.
• Assist the facilities maintenance manager and general manager as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and proper handling of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Report maintenance issues or building safety concerns promptly to management.
• Provide courteous and professional interactions with residents and visitors.

Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds (dumpsters, recycling bins, equipment). Comfortable climbing and working on ladders up to 6 feet. Ability to perform physical work indoors and outdoors throughout the shift.

• Prior maintenance or janitorial experience preferred.
