Role Responsibilities

* Log and track vehicle deliveries and inventory to maintain accurate records

* Move and stage vehicles across the lot for optimal customer viewing

* Ensure a clean, welcoming environment that reflects Car Max's commitment to excellence

* Perform reconditioning tasks such as cleaning, vacuuming, and detailing vehicles to meet quality standards

* Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences

* Learn and apply best practices in automotive care and inventory management

* Follow Car Max Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.

Required Qualifications

* High level of motivation and a strong work ethic

* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

* Effective communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a collaborative environment

* Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
