Wyndemere Homeowners Association in Naples, Florida is looking for a Maintenance Assistant to support general maintenance and repair tasks, especially in irrigation, plumbing, and electrical systems. The candidate will work under the Maintenance Supervisor and assist with various duties such as pressure washing and trash removal.
This role requires a high school diploma and prior experience in maintenance. Candidate should demonstrate strong customer service skills and be able to respond to emergency calls. Training on Toro and Hunter irrigation systems will be provided.
