Avow in Naples, Florida seeks a Facilities Supervisor to monitor daily facilities staff, oversee building operations, and coordinate repairs, maintenance and safety systems. You will work with contractors to ensure timely service and maintain PMI and CMMS records.
The role requires hands-on maintenance skills across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and life-safety knowledge, plus a valid Florida driver's license and a High School Diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred).
