What We Are Looking For

• Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in janitorial, housekeeping, industrial cleaning, or manufacturing support is a plus.
• The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe facility.
• This role requires the ability to perform physically demanding work in a manufacturing environment:
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time (6–8 hours per shift)
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the day
• Occasional sitting and driving as needed

What You'll Do

• Maintain cleanliness of plant and production areas
• Operate floor cleaning equipment on a set schedule and mop floors as needed
• Remove chips from chip bins and support oil recovery processes
• Clean machinery according to schedule and assist with basic upkeep tasks
• Manage trash removal, pallet/crate breakdown, and general facility organization
• Support safety by identifying and correcting hazards on the shop floor
• Assist with receiving deliveries and facility maintenance tasks as needed
• Operate forklift (training provided) and perform other duties as assigned
