Housekeeper Position in Naples

A private household of two in Naples is seeking an experienced full-time Housekeeper to join an established household team in a large, three-story residence. This is a professionally managed and structured home with established cleaning schedules, clear household procedures, and a House Manager overseeing daily operations.

The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working as part of a team. Each Housekeeper is generally assigned to a designated floor of the residence; however, flexibility is important, as team members may rotate areas or provide coverage for another Housekeeper when needed.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with flexibility for occasional weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed daily housekeeping and scheduled deep cleaning throughout assigned areas of the residence
• Maintain bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, and other household spaces to a consistently high standard
• Follow established cleaning schedules, routines, and household procedures
• Complete laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, ironing, linens, and proper care of delicate fabrics
• Maintain organization and presentation throughout assigned areas of the home
• Monitor household supplies and assist with weekly inventory
• Work closely with other Housekeepers and household staff to maintain an efficient workflow
• Rotate between floors or assist with another area of the residence when coverage is required
• Follow the home's eco-friendly cleaning practices and specific operational instructions
• Assist with additional housekeeping and general household projects as priorities change
• Maintain discretion and professionalism while working within the private residence

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 recent years of experience working in private residences, preferably with high-profile or high-net-worth households
• Strong knowledge of professional housekeeping and deep-cleaning standards
• Experienced with laundry care, ironing, linens, and delicate fabrics
• Comfortable following structured cleaning schedules and household routines
• Able to work independently while also functioning well as part of a household team
• Flexible and willing to rotate responsibilities or assist other team members when needed
• Professional appearance and presentation; visible tattoos must be covered while on duty
• Dependable, punctual, self-motivated, and highly detail-oriented
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible to work occasional weekends, holidays, or adjusted hours when required
• Valid driver's license
• Non-smoker required
• Excellent verifiable references
• Must be located in the Naples area
