Overview

St Agnes Parish in Naplesis seeking a Part-time Maintenance Associatetoassistwithgeneral maintenance for parish events and weekend Masses.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible forlightcleaning and maintenance of buildings and groundsas needed.
• Set up for schedule events and meetings.
• Adhere to proper cleaning methods, storage, and proper care of equipment and supplies.
• General maintenance including changing light bulbs, cleaning, re-stocking bathroomsifneedarises, and minor repairs.
• Lockdownandopeningfacilities and/or gates for parish events.
• Observe and promote safe work practices and procedures by following local, state, and OSHA regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Musthave basic maintenance skills.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors.
• Self-motivatedindividualable to work independently.
• Ability tolift upto 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb, bend, kneel, twist, push, pullas neededthroughoutshift.
• Mustbe available to work on weekends when necessary.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a DOV assigned post-offer physical exam.
