Halo Home Watch provides a variety of home watch services. We are a growing company that provides ample opportunity for organizational advancement for those who display high levels of competency, reliability, and integrity.

Halo is currently looking for a home watch technician to join our team that services the proximity of Naples and Marco Island.

Job responsibilities include:

• Perform routine home watch checks for homes the “Halo way”.
• Communicate effectively with the office regarding notable information and incidents.
• Work in a professional manner with different vendors to resolve issues that arise.
• Perform the necessary administrative tasks to fulfill work obligations.

Requirements including skills and character traits

• High integrity and personal standards.
• Diligence – notice and report problems identified during a home watch check.
• Reliable – able to commit to a schedule, show up on time, team player.
• Problem Solve – Work independently to tackle challenging problems as they arise.
• Able to perform light physical labor for extended periods, alone or with others.
  * Able to carry 50 lbs. a short distance, climb an 8 – 10 ft. ladder, and has space in their vehicle for a foldable ladder.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Open to learning skills and receptive to constructive feedback to grow and improve.
• Basic computer skills and owns a Smart Phone. Good with technology applications.
• Handyman experience.
• Owns vehicle, has a valid driver’s license, and valid car insurance.
• Must pass background check/drug test.
• Live in Naples or in the proximity.

Preferred but not required:

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  * Prior Home Watch experience.
• Prior Handyman or Construction experience.

Job Types: Part-Time

8:00 am – 5:00 pm
2-3 days per week
Pay: $21-19/hr., 15/hr. training period

• Seasonal bonus opportunity up to $1,200

• Mileage reimbursement and 401(k) Plan opportunity
