Join our team as part of our Weekend Event Cleanup Crew and help keep event spaces clean, safe, and ready for guests. This role plays an important part in making sure events run smoothly by maintaining clean restrooms, removing trash, sanitizing surfaces, and preparing spaces before and after events. We are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in their work and can thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This position is located in Napoleon, OH, the schedule is only on the weekends.

We specialize in providing a variety of professional cleaning and janitorial services to businesses in the Northwest Ohio area. We supply regular, consistent services so our clients can focus on what they do best.

Responsibilities

• Perform event cleanup duties including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and general cleaning of event spaces.
• Break down and clean common areas such as seating areas, restrooms, entrances, and walkways after events.
• Collect, bag, and properly dispose of trash and recyclables throughout the venue.
• Wipe down and sanitize high-touch surfaces including tables, counters, railings, and restrooms.
• Restock restroom and facility supplies as needed during and after events.
• Assist with resetting areas for the next event when required.
• Safely operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Report any safety hazards, spills, or facility issues to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or event cleanup experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work evening and weekend shifts depending on event schedules.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate weight during cleanup activities.
