Housekeeping Associate

Located in North Woodstock, NH, in the heart of the White Mountains,
Lumen Nature Retreat is a year‑round cabins and glamping‑style hospitality destination.

We’re looking for dedicated Housekeeping Associates to join our team to help keep our property in great shape and ensure our guests have an outstanding experience during their stay. Both Part‑Time and Full‑Time can be accommodated.

Position: Housekeeping Associate

Compensation: $20/hour + tips & quarterly performance bonuses + paid time off.

Scheduling:

• For part‑time, it is typically 3 or so shifts per week.
• For full‑time, it is typically 5 shifts per week, although can vary based on the season and staffing.
• A typical shift is 6 to 8 hours per day with start time being 8‑9am.
• Must be available on Fridays & Sundays
• Limited evening hours required (8 PM‑10 PM, 1‑2 times per week)

• Clean and prepare cabins and tents after guest check‑outs to maintain a 5‑star standard.
• Remove trash from individual campsites and dispose of it properly.
• Report and assist in fixing minor maintenance issues when possible.
• Document any damages caused by guests.
• Clear and clean firepits after each checkout.
• Dust and clean outdoor furniture at each site.
• Assist with laundry and support laundry operations as needed.
• Perform quality control checks on finished units to ensure high standards.

• Clean and maintain the shared bathhouse.
• Restock bathhouse supplies to ensure availability for guests.
• Empty all trash cans throughout the day.
• Perform monthly deep cleaning following checklists.
• Report any maintenance concerns to ensure all areas function properly.
• Clean the on‑site saunas.

• Keep supply storage areas organized and well‑labeled.
• Submit inventory requests to restock cleaning supplies and ensure there are no shortages.

• Prior housekeeping experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for scheduled shifts (including Fridays, Sundays, and limited evening hours).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to receive feedback and work well with other team members.
