Best Ford is seeking a motivated Automotive Protection and Appearance Technician to assist with spray-in bedliners, undercoating applications, and paintless dent removal services. Experience in any of these areas is highly preferred, but we are willing to provide training for the right candidate. If you have good hands‑on skills, attention to detail, and take pride in quality work, this is a great opportunity to grow within a dealership.

• Apply spray-in bedliner coatings to truck beds and exterior surfaces
• Perform undercoating and rust prevention applications
• Assist with paintless dent removal (PDR) work on customer and inventory vehicles
• Prepare vehicles and work area before application (masking, cleaning, surface prep)
• Inspect completed work to ensure consistent, high‑quality finish
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in safe working condition
• Follow dealership safety guidelines and procedures

• Experience with spray‑in bedliners, undercoatings, detailing, or body work is highly preferred
• Paintless dent removal (PDR) experience is highly preferred, but not required
• Willingness to learn specific application processes and techniques
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the day
• Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
