We’re looking for a Maintenance Manager to oversee the physical condition of the community and ensure resident maintenance requests are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. In this role, you’ll lead the maintenance team, coordinate preventive maintenance, and help ensure the property remains well-maintained and compliant with budget and safety expectations.
What You’ll Do- Oversee daily maintenance operations including work orders, inspections, preventive maintenance, and unit turnovers
- Supervise maintenance, janitorial, and grounds staff to ensure efficient, high-quality work
- Manage maintenance supplies, vendors, and equipment while adhering to budget guidelines
- Coordinate with the management team to ensure units are accurately tracked and move-in ready
- Participate in the on-call rotation and address after-hours emergencies as needed
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and purchase orders
- High School Diploma or equivalent education/experience
- 3+ years of trade or general building maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and building systems
- Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. On-call rotation required.
Position pay range: $34.75 - $40 USD
