Position Overview

Location: 141 Burke Street, Nashua, NH
Schedule: Part-Time | 25 hours per week
Days: Wednesday–Sunday
Hours: 7:00 PM–11:00 PM
Pay: $20.00 per hour

Can-One USA is a global manufacturer of aluminum beverage cans with operations in Nashua, New Hampshire. Our team is committed to quality, safety, efficiency, and maintaining a professional work environment.

We are looking for a reliable Custodian to help maintain the cleanliness and organization of our manufacturing facility. This position is well suited for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can work independently.

• $20.00 per hour
• Part-time schedule — 25 hours per week

• Empty trash and recycling throughout the facility
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
• Clean and disinfect break areas, furniture, fixtures, appliances, and frequently touched surfaces
• Help maintain clean and orderly common areas
• Assist with general upkeep of the building and surrounding areas

• Monitor cleaning and supply inventory
• Notify management when supplies need to be replenished
• Keep cleaning equipment and supplies organized
• Maintain custodial equipment in proper working condition

• Report maintenance concerns or unsafe conditions to management
• Follow company safety procedures and facility requirements
• Use required personal protective equipment when working in designated areas
• Maintain an organized work area

• Complete assigned cleaning tasks according to established schedules
• Work independently with limited supervision
• Support other facility-related tasks as assigned

• Familiarity with common cleaning products, equipment, and cleaning methods
• Strong attention to detail
• Good time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
• Ability to work independently
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience preferred, but not required

This position involves regular physical activity, including:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, reaching, and performing repetitive cleaning movements
• Pushing and pulling cleaning equipment
• Lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Wearing required personal protective equipment in designated areas
