Available Shift(s): Daytime hours are flexible based off need, position requires every other weekend(full- and part-time options)
Compensation: $18 - $22.50, based on experience + applicable shift differentials and full-time modified compensation options
Position Status: Non-Exempt

About the Role

A clean, comfortable environment matters. As a Housekeeper
, you'll help maintain a safe, sanitary, and welcoming home for our residents while supporting infection prevention throughout the center.

You'll perform routine and deep-cleaning duties, prepare resident rooms, safely use cleaning equipment and products, and help ensure our center is a place residents are proud to call home.

What You'll Do

• Complete assigned daily and deep-cleaning duties.

• Clean and disinfect resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, fixtures, floors, windows, doors, and walls.

• Perform terminal cleaning and prepare rooms for new admissions.

• Follow applicable isolation and infection-control procedures.

• Operate cleaning equipment safely.

• Collect and properly dispose of trash and waste.

• Deliver linens and supplies as assigned.

• Keep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and safe.

• Complete required cleaning documentation.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.

• Attention to detail, thoroughness, and efficiency.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Friendly, courteous, and caring approach.

• Previous long-term care or healthcare cleaning experience preferred.

Eligible full-time employees may elect Modified Compensation calculated at 10-20% of the base rate in lieu of select benefits.
