PositionMaintenance Supervisor – Nashville, TN location (Bexley Donelson; The Union)
Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate activities of a service team to ensure upkeep, inventory and repair of grounds and buildings are completed efficiently.
- Diagnose problems in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structure and appliances; oversee in-house and/or vendor work.
- Schedule and supervise maintenance tasks; share on-call duties with other team members.
- Maintain high occupancy and rents by following professional maintenance practices and quality control standards; provide customer service that positively influences visitors, prospects and residents.
- Work as part of a team to complete all maintenance duties and support residents and property operations.
- Minimum of 4 years of trade-related experience with at least 1 year of hands-on apartment maintenance lead, assistant or supervisory experience.
- Strong working knowledge of building maintenance in all aspects.
- EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification required (
Type I and II or Universal
). - Computer skills: use business software to manage work orders, schedule turns, order supplies and communicate via email.
- Willing to share on-call with other team members.
- Valid driver's license, transportation and tools required.
- DMV and background/criminal check will be conducted.
- Salary competitive and based on experience; quarterly and annual bonus opportunities.

- Schedule:
8 AM to 5 PM, Monday – Friday; emergency on-call rotation with bonus when on call.
