Extended Stay - - - Responsibilities:
Responds to and assists with all guest requests with diligent follow-through in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.;
Performs repairs listed on work orders and follows the work order process as outlined in the Green Shield Binder.;
Completes preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as outlined in the Green Shield Binder.;
Maintains records such as Guest Room PM deficiencies, PM Room Inspections, Life Safety Inspections, and Elevator Inspections per Green Shield Binder.;
Maintains organized and clean maintenance area and safeguards all maintenance tool inventory daily.
