We are seeking a reliable and versatile Maintenance Technician to support daily operations and ensure our facility remains safe, functional, and well‑presented. This role is hands‑on and customer‑focused, supporting event setup, light maintenance, workspace adjustments, and general building needs.###
** Key Responsibilities**
* ** Event Setup & Support
** Set up, break down, and reset rooms for meetings, events, and trainings Arrange tables, chairs, A/V equipment, and other materials as needed
* ** General Maintenance
** Perform light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, minor repairs, basic troubleshooting Conduct routine facility checks to identify issues proactively Assist with coordinating vendors for specialized repairs
* ** Workspace & Furniture Adjustments
** Adjust desks, ergonomic equipment, and office setups Move, deliver, and assemble furniture and equipment throughout the building Support employee move-ins, move-outs, and office reconfigurations
* ** Operational Support
** Perform daily rounds to ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness of shared spaces Respond to internal service requests in a timely, professional manner Maintain tools, equipment, and supply inventory
