Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean, disinfect, and replenish restrooms.
• Empty trash and clean trash containers.
• Clean glass, dust, wipe, and clean furniture and fixtures.
• Sweep porches and steps.
• Clean staircases.
• Requisition and stock cleaning supplies for the assigned area.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to read and follow written instructions on Material Safety Data Sheets and manufacturer's instructions.
• Ability to count and follow instructions.
• Ability to transport furniture and trash liners.
• This position is physically demanding; involves standing, walking, lifting, operating cleaning equipment, and moving furniture.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and responding to high-pressure situations.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse community.

Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Required Experience: No experience required; custodial experience preferred. Ability to follow instructions in English preferred.
