Primary Duties and Responsibilities- Cleans, disinfects, and replenishes restrooms.
- Empties trash and cleans trash containers.
- Cleans glass, dusts, wipes, and cleans furniture and fixtures.
- Sweeps porches and steps.
- Cleans staircases.
- Requisition s and stocks cleaning supplies for assigned area.

Required Qualifications- Ability to read and follow written instructions on Material Safety Data Sheets and manufacturer’s instructions for product use.
- Ability to count and read instructions.
- Ability to transport furniture and trash liners.
- Physical endurance: standing, walking, lifting heavy objects, operating medium-weight cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, sweeping and mopping floors, and moving desks and furniture; ability to stretch and bend as required.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to respond to high-pressure situations; ability to thrive in a hard-working environment.
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Required ExperienceNo experience required. Housekeeping/custodial experience is preferred. Ability to follow written and oral instructions in English is preferred.
