Janitorial experience (required).Strong attention to detail and unmatched work ethic.

Team player who can be counted on.

Role

Description:

Keep all storage rooms clean and organized, including staircases. Hauls off cardboard and take to recycle dumpsters as needed.

Monthly inspection of fire extinguishers, exit lights and other safety related items.

Maintenance of eye-wash stations (twice per year).Weekly maintenance of carwash, including cleaning, and required maintenance.

Inspect return vents and air conditioning diffusers.

Unclog drains, water closets and urinals.

Replace batteries for motion sensor faucets, etc.

Pressure wash sidewalks and buildings as needed.

Replace ceiling tiles as needed.

Relocate office furniture.
