K. Payne Contracting, LLC is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented PFA Cleaner to join our team at the Nashville International Airport. • Perform exterior cleaning and maintenance of the assigned property
• Transport trash to the designated disposal site using a company vehicle
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners in accordance with facility schedules
• Wipe down exterior surfaces, fixtures, and other designated areas
• Adhere to all airport security protocols and badging requirements while on the premises
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or facility concerns to supervisors promptly
• Maintain cleaning carts and equipment in proper working condition

• Prior commercial or facility cleaning experience preferred
• Must have valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass a TSA background check and obtain required airport security badge
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a high-traffic environment
• Valid government‑issued  for badging and employment verification
