Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Harmony Senior Services - 8234 State Highway 100 - Responsibilities:
Clean common living areas and resident apartments in the community;
Oversee cleaning of the entire facility, with emphasis on common areas and apartment bathrooms;
Complete maintenance request reports when needed;
Operate the laundry equipment when needed;
Report deterioration or damage to housekeeping supervisor;
Use only approved cleaning products and ensure proper storage of supplies;
Dust and clean window blinds, furniture, and other surfaces in resident apartments and common areas;
Vacuum common areas and resident apartments;
Clean offices when assigned;
Attend required in-services and staff meetings;
Maintain resident privacy/confidentiality at all times; follow policies on release of resident information;
Maintain cleanliness of apartments at resident move-out
