We’re now hiring a Full‑Time Groundskeeper to help keep Ascent Apartments clean, welcoming, and looking their best.
Ascent Apartments is seeking a dependable, hands‑on team member who takes pride in maintaining a community residents are proud to call home. This role is essential to creating the curb appeal our residents and visitors notice every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintaining cleanliness of common areas including laundry rooms, clubhouse, shop, and dumpster areas
- Performing daily trash and debris removal throughout the property
- Assisting with lawn care, landscaping, and seasonal upkeep to keep the grounds looking great
What We’re Looking For
- A valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation and current car insurance
- Availability Monday through Friday, with weekend availability required
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
