Regional Supervisor
As a Regional Supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall quality and execution of contracted services in a targeted region. You will have a team of Service Technicians at your disposal, and you will be crucial for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring client satisfaction.
Repair TechnicianThis position plays a key role in maintaining and repairing swimming pool systems, ensuring safe and enjoyable swimming experiences for our valued customers. You will conduct routine maintenance, diagnose mechanical and chemical issues, and perform repairs on equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters.
Pool AttendantA key part of any Attendant job is checking members' passes for entry to the pool and enforcing safety rules. You will monitor the pool area, maintain cleanliness, and assist guests with safety concerns to ensure a welcoming environment.
Service TechnicianThe Service Technician for Sweetwater Pool Service is the front‑man and face of the company. He or she is responsible for carrying out the regular maintenance duties that Sweetwater has been hired to do by our customers, driving a company vehicle to each location for maintenance, inspecting and repairing equipment as required.
This job offers 4-5 days per week, 40-50 hours per week. No experience required, but non‑experienced candidates must be able to learn and fully train with confidence within two weeks.
LifeguardAs a lifeguard for Sweetwater Pools, you will be responsible for ensuring all members and guests are safe in and around the pool, monitoring water chemistry, and maintaining the cleanliness of the facility to promote a healthy environment.
