Compensation: $18 per hour (no benefits)

ServiceFM LLC is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Weekend Custodians to join our custodial team at a school/church facility in the Belmont area. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and is committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

• Perform daily custodial duties, including:
• Sweeping, mopping (wet and dry), dusting, and vacuuming
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, classrooms, hallways, offices, cafeteria, and common areas
• Emptying trash and picking up debris from the floors and grounds
• Cleaning interior windows and doors
• Event setup and breakdown (e.g., furniture moves, assembly setups)
• Floor and carpet maintenance (especially during school breaks)
• Secure all buildings at the end of each shift and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Support weekend cleaning for scheduled events

• Thursday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Additional hours may be available based on operational needs
• Previous custodial or janitorial experience is preferred
• Consistent and reliable attendance, with strong punctuality
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours as needed
• Must successfully pass a background check to work in a school environment
• Physically capable of performing labor-intensive tasks, including walking, bending, stretching, lifting up to 50 pounds, pulling, and pushing
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic, professionalism, and customer service mindset
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Able to accurately track and log work hours using a smartphone or mobile device

• PTO (paid time off): 1 week proportionally per year accrual
• Semesterial (every 6 months) Custodian Incentives bonus (opportunity to earn up to an extra $0.55/per hour)

• Employees working 30+ hours per week may be eligible for company benefits, including insurance options, based on company eligibility requirements. Part‑time positions under 30 hours per week are not eligible for health insurance benefits.
