Job Type: Part-time, On-call | Pay: [$15– $16 per hour]

Have a job already but want to pick up extra hours when it works for you? BHS Solutions is hiring Flex Cleaners – an on-call role built for people looking to supplement their existing income with part-time cleaning work.

There is no set schedule. When one of our regular cleaners calls in sick or takes time off, we offer the open shift to our Flex Cleaner team – often the same day. You choose which shifts to accept. Take the ones that fit your life, pass on the ones that don’t.

• Cover open cleaning shifts at apartment communities, office buildings, schools, and churches across Middle Tennessee
• Perform general janitorial duties: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, trash removal, dusting, and common-area upkeep
• Follow the site’s cleaning checklist and complete shifts to BHS quality standards
• Communicate promptly when shifts are offered – accept or decline, no penalty for declining

• People with a full-time or part-time job who want extra income on the side
• Students, semi-retired workers, or anyone with a flexible schedule
• People who can respond quickly to same-day shift offers

• Reliable transportation to job sites across the Nashville / Franklin area
• A phone you check regularly – shift offers often come the same day
• Ability to perform physical work: standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 30 lbs
• Dependability – when you accept a shift, you show up
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required; we’ll show you what to do

• Complete schedule control – you only work shifts you accept
• Weekly opportunities as call-outs and vacation coverage come up
• Paid training on-site
• A path to regular part-time or full-time hours if you want them – many of our best cleaners started as flex coverage
