Ghosal Luxury Lodging in the Smoky Mountains is seeking a Maintenance Lead to manage daily operations across cabins and tiny homes. You will troubleshoot issues in-house, oversee repairs, and drive preventive maintenance programs to maintain our 5-star guest experience.
You will lead and train maintenance staff, coordinate schedules to minimize guest disruption, manage inventory and vendor relationships, and report maintenance metrics.
