As a Commercial Cleaner, you'll help create clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients by:

• Cleaning and sanitizing offices, restaurants, retail locations, and other commercial facilities
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, break rooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Emptying trash, replacing liners, and restocking supplies
• Maintaining high-quality cleaning standards at every location
• Following all company safety procedures and client-specific requirements
• Working independently or alongside a small team to complete assigned routes efficiently

• Take pride in doing quality work every shift
• Show up on time and can be counted on
• Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Pay attention to the little details that make a big difference
• Enjoy working independently while being part of a supportive team
• Represent the company professionally at client locations

• Available to work Sundays and Mondays (required)
• Reliable transportation to travel between client locations throughout Greater Nashville
• Ability to pass a background check
• Able to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift (up to 30-40 lbs.)
• Dependable, trustworthy, and customer-focused

Restaurant and commercial kitchen cleaning experience is a major plus and may qualify you for higher starting pay based on experience.
