The Dinerstein Companies is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team and manage property upkeep, resident work orders, preventative maintenance, and turns during move-ins/move-outs.
You will report to the Community Manager and help maintain a high standard of service and property appearance across our communities. HVAC and CPO certifications are required, along with city/state permits and a valid driver’s license.
