The Donelson-Hermitage YMCA is Now Hiring for General Maintenance Tech, Full-time Position Type:
Full-time Pay Range starts at $14 per hour (or more depending on experience)

Are you handy with tools and ready to keep our facilities in top shape? The Donelson-Hermitage YMCA is looking for a new General Maintenance Tech, Full-time to join our team to ensure spaces are clean, safe, and welcoming for members and guests.
In this role, you’ll handle maintenance repairs, housekeeping tasks, and event setups while helping create a positive environment for everyone who visits our centers.
What You’ll Bring :- 1–3 years of experience in cleaning, maintenance, or related work
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and safety procedures
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- New Hire Orientation training before your first shift
- CPR Pro/AED/First Aid within 30 days of hire
- Work in a supportive, mission-driven organization
- Make a tangible difference in creating safe, welcoming spaces
- Build meaningful relationships with a great team
