Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions, safety procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Willingness to learn and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and sanitation standards.
- Previous experience in janitorial, sanitation, facilities maintenance, groundskeeping, landscaping, warehouse, or manufacturing environments preferred.
- Experience operating lawn care, cleaning, or maintenance equipment is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and experience using work order or maintenance management systems preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and recordkeeping abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and move up to 60 pounds.
- Ability to work indoors in manufacturing and warehouse environments as well as outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals, sanitation equipment, and required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends when needed.
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of production, warehouse, office, and common areas in compliance with GMP standards.
- Safely operate cleaning equipment, groundskeeping tools, and lawn care equipment, including mowers, trimmers, edgers, and leaf blowers.
- Maintain facility grounds by mowing, trimming, weed control, litter removal, and seasonal cleanup.
- Clean and maintain entrances, walkways, parking lots, and surrounding property.
- Complete and document sanitation activities, maintenance work orders, and daily tasks accurately.
- Identify and report safety, sanitation, or maintenance concerns to management.
- Assist with facility inspections, audits, snow and ice removal, and additional maintenance-related duties as assigned.

What You Will DoAs a Facilities Associate you will clean and maintain assigned work areas by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, emptying waste containers, restocking supplies, and performing routine facility upkeep.
