Salary Range: $15.00

Responsible for helping with the upkeep, cleanliness, and organization of Club as well as laundry area. Clean and iron soiled linen used throughout the club and its facilities.

• Empties wastebaskets and trash areas
• Cleans restrooms
• Wipes all windowsills, walls and light switches, mirrors, and windows
• Vacuums rugs, floors, hallways, and baseboards
• Dust all furniture and fixtures
• Checks lamps for burned‑out light bulbs
• Checks heating and air conditioning unit for proper operation
• Restocks all stationery
• Cleans and sanitizes toilets
• Cleans walls, baseboards, and floor
• Washes, operates, dries, and folds laundry
• Folds and stores linen by type
• Cleans laundry room and linen room as required
• Requisition s laundry supplies
• Stocks storage rooms
• Attends staff meetings
• Performs other appropriate tasks assigned by the Facilities Manager

• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers
• Knowledge of general carpentry and repair
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools & painting materials if required
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Works within OSHA requirements and applicable Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs)
• Safely and correctly operate all laundry equipment
• Knowledge of and ability to perform required role in emergency situations

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Related experience preferred
• On‑the‑job training offered

• Prolonged periods standing and walking
• Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces
• Must be able to lift‑up to 50 pounds at a time
• Ability to lift‑up to 30 pounds and perform strenuous work lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, and climbing
• Use ladders when required
